QPR Suicide Prevention Training Anyone Can Save a Life. Join the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce for a free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training presented by South Central Alabama Mental Health. QPR is an evidence-based training that teaches simple, practical steps anyone can learn to help recognize the warning signs of suicide and support someone who may be struggling. This one-hour training provides participants with the knowledge and confidence to have an important conversation and help connect someone with the appropriate resources.
