QPR Suicide Prevention Training Anyone Can Save a Life. Join the Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce for a free QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention Training presented by South Central Alabama Mental Health. QPR is an evidence-based training that teaches simple, practical steps anyone can learn to help recognize the warning signs of suicide and support someone who may be struggling. This one-hour training provides participants with the knowledge and confidence to have an important conversation and help connect someone with the appropriate resources. At the end of the training, participants will receive a QPR Suicide Prevention Training Certification. 🍽️ Free lunch will be provided! 📅 Wednesday, September 23, 2026 🍽️ Lunch: 11:30 AM ⏰ Training: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM 📍 Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce 700 River Falls Street, Andalusia, AL 36420 You don't have to be a counselor or mental health professional to make a difference.
